Development Programs are an important practical, yet vital way of assisting, whilst improving conditions for the people in these countries.
Orphanages having gained much experience through the establishment of our Ministries. We have established a facility in Djatekpe in Togo to accommodate and meet the needs of orphans who experienced atrocities, lost parents and other family members. Through gospel crusades and relief program, this Ministry continues to see God restore lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Clothes are basic necessities. We distribute clean and nearly-new clothing items to families.
We offer weekly classes that focus on teaching adults how to read as well as how to use computers.
The seven branch churches resulted from crusades. All of the buildings where the churches assemble are rented by WSM. The next project is to build a Church in the remote village of Atakpame. Conducting church planting is the main focus of this ministry.
Short-term trips provide an opportunity for partners and other ministries to experience first-hand what the Lord is doing through World Salvation International Ministries in West Africa. These hands-on mission trips allow the Holy Spirit to make divine connections. World Salvation International Ministries welcomes these guests and opportunities to work together with partners and ministries fulfilling the vision for the Kingdom of God.
Crusades are conducted in areas where the lost need to hear the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. Through testimonies and manifestation of spiritual gifts, the attention of the people is captured. The Gospel is shared so that none of them may be lost. The lost are saved, the sick are healed, and the bound delivered.
Amoussou and his leaders conduct preaching and film crusades throughout West Africa. The films focus on Jesus and are in the national language of French. His team involves both local Christians and those from his various churches who follow up on those who respond to the gospel.
World Salvation International Ministries propagates the gospel through television, radio, newspaper and tracts. Pastor Amoussou reaches most of the population of Lome, Togo twice a week with the gospel by television, four times a week on three different stations. Amoussou preaches to many parts of Togo and neighboring Benin through a full page given to him every week by a national newspaper.
Amoussou stretches the gospel to over five French-speaking countries. Gospel tracts are also distributed in many villages near their churches.
Through these camps, many young people are awakened to the existence of the Lord, while others are renewed and encouraged in their faith in God. World Salvation International Ministries utilizes the local Pastors and Church Workers to help.
In cooperation with a volunteer nurse in one of its churches, World Salvation International Ministries takes care of the people who don’t have adequate support. They send the children of these families to school and provide funding for their tuition.
Amoussou Kouassi founded the Berean Bible School in the capital city of Lome, Togo in 2002. He started the Bible School to train more gospel workers. World Salvation International Ministries is planning to start more Bible Schools in northern Togo. The school is free. Each student who graduates is sent to a new branch church to pastor.
As the Lord identifies individuals, they are brought into a mentoring relationship with a true five-fold ministry teacher who will teach them how to duplicate themselves. This method of evangelism can be multiplied very rapidly to a world in need. Then as they begin traveling and ministering alongside Apostle and Evangelist Amoussou Kouassi, they are already trained to operate in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, and are full of vision and the Word of God.
